Refund & Return Policy
Every item we sell is made to order — printed specifically for you when you place your order. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, we handle returns differently than stores that stock inventory. Here's exactly how it works.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items — we fix it, free
If your order arrives damaged, has a print error, or is the wrong item, size, or color compared to what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship anything back.
Email keepinithalalllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue (required)
We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Change of mind & sizing
Because each piece is produced on demand just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size — there's no warehouse to return it to. Please check the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering. Our pieces are cut oversized — when in doubt, compare the measurements against a shirt you already own.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 14+ days domestically, or your order never arrives within the delivery window, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Cancellations
Production starts fast. If you need to cancel or change an order (size, color, address), email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it goes to print.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country.
