Welcome to Keepin' It Halal Brand. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Last updated: July 2026.

Products

All apparel and accessories are made to order: production begins after you place your order and items are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Product images include mockups and styled photography; minor variations in print placement and color are normal for made-to-order garments and are not defects.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in USD unless displayed in your local currency at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or suspected of fraud; if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full. Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase (see our Refund & Return Policy).

Shipping, returns and refunds

These are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, and branding on this site are the property of Keepin' It Halal Brand and may not be reproduced, resold, or used without written permission.

Marketing communications

By joining our mailing list you consent to receive marketing emails; SMS consent is separate and optional. You can unsubscribe at any time. Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Keepin' It Halal Brand LLC is registered. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
