Shipping, without the guessing.

Every order goes through two stages before it reaches you: processing, then shipping. They are separate timelines and they take different amounts of time. We list them separately so you always know what you are waiting on.

Stage 1 - Processing

Every order is prepared and packed before it ships. Processing takes about 2 business days on average. That is an average across orders, not a guarantee, and busy periods can run longer. You receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Stage 2 - Shipping

Shipping time is counted from dispatch and depends on where your order is going.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 to 12 business days.

Estimated total delivery window

Processing and shipping added together, counted from the day you order. These are estimates, not guarantees. They exclude weekends, public holidays, and delays caused by the carrier, customs or severe weather.

Shipping cost

Orders of $85 or more ship free with tracking. The $85 is measured on your subtotal after any bundle discount has come off, not before it, so the figure that counts is the one your cart shows.

Below $85, shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and the weight of your order. The exact amount is shown before you pay. Checkout also shows its own delivery estimate for your address, and where that estimate is wider than the figures above, plan around the checkout estimate.

Five long sleeve styles ship only to addresses within the United States. They are listed under United States only styles below.

Orders with more than one item may arrive separately

Tees, caps and long sleeves ship from different facilities. If your order contains a mix, each part is processed and dispatched on its own schedule and arrives in a separate parcel with its own tracking number, often on different days. This is normal. If one parcel arrives and another has not, your order is not lost or incomplete.

Tracking

Tracking is sent by email when each parcel is dispatched. It is not on the order confirmation email, because nothing has been dispatched at that point. On international shipments, tracking often goes quiet after the parcel leaves the origin country and starts updating again when the destination carrier scans it. A gap of several days is normal.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, VAT or customs handling fees by the destination country. These charges are set by that country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned or destroyed, it is handled under the returned to sender section of our Refund and Return Policy.

Address changes and cancellations

We can only correct a delivery address, or cancel an order, before it enters processing. Once processing has started, both are locked. Email us immediately with your order number if something is wrong.
